Cape Coral, FL –A woman armed with a chunk of concrete attacked the police officers who responded to her 911 call for help on Tuesday night (video below).

Jessica Blick, 37, was walking in the 500 block of Cape Coral Parkway East at approximately 6:50 p.m., when she called 911 and said she needed assistance, but did not provide any other details, the News-Press reported.

When the first officer arrived in the area, he spotted Blick but did not know if she was the person who called 911.

“Are you calling us? Are you calling 911?” the officer asked as he rounded the building and approached Blick, bodycam footage showed.

“No,” she responded, as she paced the sidewalk with a large, boulder-sized chunk of cement in one hand while staring down at her cell phone.

The officer asked her what was going on, but she disregarded him and appeared to be talking to someone on her phone.

She ignored his repeated requests to move away from the busy roadway and refused to put the rock down, the video showed.

A short while later, a second officer began to approach Blick from behind, but she spotted him just before he closed in.

“Put the rock down,” the first officer told her again.

The woman kept her phone to one ear, then drew the concrete back with her right hand to hurl it at the officer.

“F–king kill you, you son of a b—h!” she yelled.

The officer ducked away, and Blick ran into the road with the concrete still in her hand.

The first officer attempted to subdue her by deploying his Taser twice, but the device’s probes did not hit her.

Blick then hurled the concrete at the second officer, hitting him in the shoulder, the News-Press reported.

The second officer tackled her to the ground, and they both tumbled into the bushes nearby, the video showed.

Both officers fought with the combative woman, and wrestled her into handcuffs, the News-Press reported.

Blick kept fighting, and managed to kick one officer in the thigh and groin, police said.

She was subdued with pepper spray.

Blick was transported to Lee Memorial Hospital for an evaluation before she was booked into the Lee County Jail on Wednesday.

She has been charged with resisting arrest with violence, battery on a law enforcement officer, and assault on a law enforcement officer.

It was unclear what prompted Blick’s 911 initial call.
