HollyMatkinPinellas Park, FL – A Florida woman simulated sex acts at a bus stop during rush hour traffic before pleasuring herself on the arm of a police officer who attempted to restrain her, police said.
Clearwater resident Nicole Shankster, 34, was swilling Skol vodka at a bus shelter on Dec. 12, the Miami Herald reported.
The tipsy woman simulated sexual acts in plain view of vehicles that passed by, and interjected a slew of racial slurs between her performances, police said.
When Pinellas Park Police Officer Cynthia Martin arrived to arrest Shankster, the scene turned even more bizarre.
“The defendant continued to verbally and physically simulate masturbation once taken into custody and was repeatedly calling a black officer ‘N****r’ while she was escorted to the marked police vehicle,” the police report noted, according to the Miami Herald.
In case that wasn’t enough, Shankster upped the ante a bit more when Officer Mehler took her to the St. Petersburg General Hospital for treatment.
“The defendant did intentionally sexually satisfy herself on my left arm and lick my right arm while I was restraining her from masturbating while in police custody,” the officer wrote.
Shankster was incarcerated at the Pinellas County Jail, were she was charged with disorderly conduct and felony battery on a law enforcement officer.
Her bond was set at $5,100.
