VIDEO: Two Women Arrested For Stealing 7-Year-Old’s MAGA Hat

Wilmington, DE – Police have arrested two women after they were captured on a video stealing a “Make America Great Again” hat from a seven-year-old boy.

Camryn Amy was arrested Aug. 22 and Olivia Winslow was arrested Aug. 21 in connection with the incident, according to WDEL. (Video below)

The incident happened near where Joe Biden gave a speech during the Democratic National Convention, according to Fox News.

The video started with Amy and Winslow leaving a business and then taunting a woman and her son over political signs.

The video showed the both Winslow and Amy damaging signs and taking the MAGA hat from a group of Trump supporters, according to The News Journal.

In the video, Winslow picked up the MAGA hat from the ground and threw it as a young boy in the video said, “That’s somebody else’s hat,” according to The News Journal.

“Call 911,” the boy says to his mother as Winslow and Amy walk away.

Later, Amy hit a man with a closed fit and cut his lip, according to court documents.

The man was trying to get the MAGA hat back.

Amy also punched the woman filming the incident, The News Journal reported.

Police were called at about 8 p.m. Aug. 20. The police were able to identify the suspects after looking at the video.

The video has been view 5.3 million times as of Aug. 26 and was shared online by Donald Trump Jr., The News Journal reported.

Winslow was charged with robbery, conspiracy and endangering the welfare of a child, according to The News Journal.

She was arraigned and released.

Amy was also charged with robbery, conspiracy and endangering the welfare of a child and offensive touching.

The News Journal reported that Amy was sent to the Delores J. Baylor Women’s Correctional Institute on $45,000 bail.
