Video Shows Small Child Punch, Hurls Profanities At Cops In St. Paul

St. Paul, MN – Shocking cell phone footage captured the moment when a small child wearing only his underwear repeatedly hit and cursed at a Minneapolis police officer who came to his neighborhood to arrest a murder suspect (video below).

The incident occurred last week after law enforcement officers from Minneapolis went to St. Paul to execute a search warrant for the accused killer, Alpha News reported.

The officers were standing out on a sidewalk when a group of children – at least one of whom was wearing a diaper – accosted them and hurled rocks at them.

One barefoot child dressed in only a pair of underwear squared off with an officer and screamed, “shut up, b—h!” before stepping forward and punching him in the leg, the video showed.

The child appeared to be just a few years old.

“Shut the f—k up!” he yelled at an officer wearing a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) vest a second later, before commenting on the officer’s “ugly -ss” shoes.

An older boy standing in the background called one of the cops a racial slur, the New York Post reported.

The underwear-clad child punched and hit one of the officers at least three more times during the 30-second clip, which was just part of a video that went on for a full two minutes, according to Alpha News.

The officers remained calm throughout the encounter and were seen trying to walk away from the group just before the clip ended.

“The behavior of these children is eerily similar to the behaviors of rioters who burned and looted Minneapolis two years ago,” Alpha News reporter Sheila Qualls said. “What’s the product of grooming children to disrespect police officers and other forms of authority? We are essentially training them to disregard societal norms of behavior and hindering them from achieving success in life. In short, we’re cultivating future criminals.”

Qualls noted that if these children were 10 years older, their behavior would be labeled as “delinquent.”

“Add 20 years to their age, and their faces might end up as pictures on T-shirts after a violent encounter with the law,” she added. “The outcome, though not guaranteed, is predictable…Point to the obvious, and you’re ridiculed. If you’re white, you’re called racist; if you’re black, a sellout.”

When children who behave like the kids in the video grow up and “are eventually arrested or even killed because they have never learned to respect authority, progressives and the media use their deaths as an opportunity to advance the faulty narrative of inherent racism in America,” Qualls said.

She noted that “the left constantly bemoans systemic racism,” but that the real problem is the “degradation of the black family.”

“[The evidence] does not point to racism. It does not point to white privilege. And it certainly does not point to police brutality,” Qualls added. “It is unsettling to law enforcement officers who encounter this behavior daily. It should be frightening to all of us.”
