VIDEO: She Claims She Got Punched For ‘Nothing,’ Now City Has Released The Truth

She claimed that she did nothing before getting punched. Now the police chief has released the truth.

Wildwood, NJ – A viral video shows a woman being punched by a cop on a Wildwood Beach, and now city officials have spoken out with that really happened (video below.)

Along with the video, Emily Weinman, 20, posted a confession to at least three crimes while saying multiple times that she “didn’t do anything wrong.”

Now, Weinman has removed her confession from social media and the city is saying that she did far worse than what she confessed to.

It’s not clear if Weinman spoke with an attorney who advised her that confessing to a felony on social media is not a wise decision.

The anti-police media is making her out to be the victim. Please help share this on social media to get the truth out.

The incident happened at around 4 p.m. on Saturday.

Weinman said that she went to the beach with her daughter and baby daddy, and she brought some alcohol along. Sure, she’s underage, but 90 percent of people are underage drinking on the beach “without a doubt,” she said.

She claimed that two officers arrived, saw the alcohol, and asked them their age. Weinman says that she admitted that they were underage, but hadn’t started drinking yet.

She says that they took a preliminary breath test which came back negative.

However, the city disputed her account, and said that she was actually drunk, according to CBS Philly.

Then Weinman said that she told an officer, “I asked them don’t they have something better to do as cops than to stop people for underage drinking on the beach, saying to that there’s so much more serious stuff going on.”

According to Weinman, the cop replied, “I was gonna let you go but now I’ll write you up.” The officer then asked for her name.

Weinman said that she “did not do anything wrong,” so she refused to give the officer her name because “anything could’ve been written down on that paper.”

Weinman says that the officer then told her that she would be arrested if she didn’t provide her information.

She said that she refused again because she “didn’t do anything wrong,” and the officer had the nerve to tell her that she was under arrest.

That’s when Weinman says she backed up and “tripped and fell.” After tripping and falling, she says the officer somehow tackled her to the ground and “smashed my head in the sand.”

However, city officials say that Weinman actually kicked the officer in his genitals and ran away, according to CBS Philly.

At some point, she also allegedly spit on the officer, too.

“At that point I blacked out and fought any way possible trying to get up and push him off me,” Weinman posted.

The video starts well after Weinman started fighting the cops, and shows her kicking the officers as a crowd gathered and repeatedly called for her to “stop resisting.”

An officer responded to her assault by punching her in the head twice.

The fight continued as Weinman screamed, “You’re not allowed to hit me like that.”

“Yes, i know I should’ve gave him my name.. I was partly wrong in a way but I was scared; Like I said I didn’t do anything wrong and anything could’ve been written on that paper, the whole situation was iffy and I didn’t trust it.. especially being aware of the fact of how grimy law enforcement can be now a days,” Weinman posted.

“I can say if I took even a sip, then I would’ve gave them my information and called it a day; I’m underage, so I know better. But this whole situation was handled wrongly and blew out of proportion all because these pigs didn’t do their jobs the way they were TRAINED to do so,” she continued.

“Oh, did I mention that they didn’t even take the beer (like they’re supposed to since we were underage) and finish getting my friends info?? They obviously were there to stir the pot. I know I’m not the first this happened too and definitely am sure that I will not be the last!!” she concluded.

Court Records from Philadelphia show a 20-year-old Emily Amber Weinman is on active probation after pleading guilty to assault and recklessly endangering another person. It appears that numerous other charges were dismissed in the plea deal.

Weinman has been charged with Aggravated Assault on a Police Officer (2 Felony Counts), Aggravated Assault by Spitting Bodily Fluids at/on a Police Officer, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, Obstruction and Minor in Possession of Alcohol.
