VIDEO: Queens Of The Stone Age Frontman Kicks Female’s Face At Concert

Josh Homme, the frontman for the band Queens Of The Stone Age, kicked a female photographer in the face at a concert.

Los Angeles, CA – A female photographer was kicked in the face by Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme at a concert Saturday night (video below.)

The attack, which was captured on video, sent the woman to the hospital.

The incident happened at the KROQ Almost Christmas concert in Los Angeles, according to New York Daily News.

Shutterstock photographer Chelsea Lauren was taking photographs of Homme as he walked by. He then backtracked and kicked Lauren in the face.

Lauren told Variety, “The next thing I know his foot connects with my camera and my camera connects with my face, really hard. He looked straight at me, swung his leg back pretty hard and full-blown kicked me in the face. He continued performing, I was startled, I kind of stopped looking at him, I just got down and was holding my face because it hurt so badly.”

She said that after the attack, Homme just looked down at her and smiled.

The attack sent the woman to the hospital with a sore neck, nausea and a bruised eyebrow.

Also during the concert, he allegedly kicked over some lights, which hit a security guard on the head, sending him to the hospital as well.

After the attack, Homme took out a knife and cut his forehead open, which left him dripping with blood as he told the audience, “I used to f**k guys like you in prison!”

Now Lauren says that she’s filing a police report to press charges for the assault.

“Assault in any form is not okay, no matter what the reasoning. Alcohol and drugs are no excuse. I was where I was allowed to be, I was not breaking any rules. I was simply trying to do my job,” Lauren posted to Instagram.

“I feel like if I don’t do anything, he gets to kick people in the face and not get in trouble because he’s a musician,” the photographer told Variety. “That’s not right.”
