VIDEO: Pregnant Woman & Husband Charged After Drawing Gun On Woman Blocking, Hitting Their Car

Orion Township, MI – A Michigan couple were arrested after they pulled guns during a threatening confrontation in front of a Chipotle in Orion Township (video below).

The incident began on July 1 when 15-year-old Mikayla Green was allegedly bumped into by 32-year-old Jillian Wuestenberg as she was leaving a Chipotle restaurant, WWJ reported.

Green claimed she asked Jillian for an apology but the woman didn’t give her one.

The video began after Green’s mother, Tamika Hill, had backed Jillian up against a railing and was demanding the woman apologize to her 15 year old.

Jillian appeared to be pregnant and was holding a hold protectively on her abdomen as Hill and Green screamed at her.

Green, who was filming the altercation between her mother and the other woman, can be heard telling her mother that “this ignorant woman bumped into a 15 year old and you’re on camera!”

“You’re blocking me from getting to my car,” Wuestenberg said in the video, looking scared.

“No we weren’t, you’re ignorant,” Green said.

Jillian told them to go ahead and call the police and then made her way to her car with the assistance of her husband, 42-year-old Eric Wuestenberg.

In the video, the mother told Jillian that she couldn’t “violate a 15 year old” and then proceeded to get in the pregnant woman’s face as she tried to get into her car.

“Do it, do it, do it,” Hill challenged Jillian repeatedly as the other woman again told her to go ahead and call the police, the video showed.

“Dumb-a– —h!” Hill said as Eric shut Jillian’s car door.

He turned and looked the angry mother.

“Yeah, I said it. You say something and I’ll beat your white ass too,” Hill told Eric.

“Who the fuck do you guys think you are?” Eric asked the mother/daughter team who had frightened his wife. “She did nothing to you.”

Green began shrieking at him and then called him “racist and ignorant” as Eric turned his back to the pair and walked around to get into the driver’s seat of his car, the video showed.

Meanwhile, Jillian put down her car window and re-engaged with Hill.

“You cannot just go around calling white people racist,” she said.

“Why would you bump her? Why would you bump her?” Hill screamed back, the video showed.

Jillian tried to placate the woman and told her she cared about her and was sorry if somebody made her feel like all white people were racist but told her no one was racist in this scenario.

Then she put up her window and Eric began to back up their minivan from the parking space.

That’s when Hill ran to the back of their van as if to stop them from leaving, the video showed.

“Ma, watch!” Green warned Hill as Eric continued to reverse slowly out the space.

“You’re gonna f–king hit me?” Hill screamed the back of the Wuestenbergs’ vehicle and then began beating her hand on it.

That’s when Jillian got out of the vehicle with a pistol in her hand.

Green briefly took the camera off the car while she scrambled but the couple can be heard yelling at the mother and daughter to get away from their car.

The video refocused on the altercation and showed the pregnant woman racked the slide on her gun and kept it pointed in the direction of the other woman who continued to scream at her.

“Get the f–k a way. Get away!” Jillian said. “Call the cops right now.”

Instead of backing away, the video showed Hill stayed about two feet from Jillian and their car and filmed them with her cell phone while she taunted the couple.

Hill ordered Green to get the license plate on camera and her daughter followed instructions, the video showed.

The video showed Jillian backed away from Hill and tried to exit the confrontation but the angry mother wasn’t giving up.

Hill continued to advance on the pregnant woman, daring her to shoot her, as her daughter screamed at her to stop it.

“Back up! Get the fuck back!” a clearly terrified Jillian screamed over and over as she backed away from Hill in the video.

At that point, bystanders can be heard arriving on the scene and Hill stopped advancing on Jillian, so the she put her gun hand down and quickly got into her vehicle.

“Ma, stop walking,” Green screamed at Hill as her mother again tried to follow the pregnant woman’s flight.

“Call the police, call the police,” Hill screamed at bystanders in the video.

“They pulled a gun out on us,” Green sobbed to the new audience. “They’re racist. They’re so racist. They pulled a gun out on my momma. Both of them.”

The video ended as the Wuestenberg’s fled the parking lot.

Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard held a news conference on July 2 and released the 911 calls about the incident.

The Wuestenbergs were both arrested for felonious assault on Thursday, WKRN reported.

“I am deeply disturbed by an incident last night where a woman pointed a cocked gun at another woman during an argument. This behavior is unacceptable. I wholly expect the prosecutor to bring charges that reflect the severity of the incident,” Oakland County Executive David Coulter said in a statement.

The couple was later released on a $50,000 personal bond, WKRN reported.

Sheriff Bouchard said the Wuestenbergs had been ordered to turn over all firearms, not to engage in “assaultive behavior,” and not to leave the state of Michigan as conditions of their bond.

They are scheduled to appear in court again on July 14, according to WKRN.
