VIDEO: No Charges Filed Against Woman Who Spit, Kicked NYPD Officer

New York police were repeatedly assaulted as they tried to pull to stop two women who were wrestling in the street.

Bronx, NY – A crazed woman who bragged online about spitting on New York police during a bizarre brawl in the middle of the street was not arrested or charged for her assaultive behavior (video below).

Cell phone footage clearly showed at least one of the women as she repeatedly kicked and spit at police.

New York Police Department (NYPD) officers from the 52nd Precinct spotted the unnamed woman tussling with a second woman in the middle of East Fordham Road at approximately 7 p.m. on Sept. 17, NYPD Public Information Officer Detective Denise Moroney told Blue Lives Matter on Tuesday.

When the officers tried to pry the women apart, the suspects grasped one another on the ground and refused to let go, cell phone footage showed.

Police described the duo as being “emotionally disturbed,” Det. Moroney said.

“She didn’t do nothing!” one of the women wailed, clinging to the other suspect.

The officers were able to pull the women apart momentarily, but one of the suspects managed to grab a hold of the second suspect yet again, the video showed.

Once the officers dragged the women apart for the second time, one of the suspects turned her head and spit at the officer who was placing her in handcuffs, the video showed.

“Stop spitting,” the officer calmly ordered.

The women continued to kick and wail as they were taken into custody.

“Yeah, b—h!” one suspect taunted officers repeatedly, just before she nearly bit one officer in the hand. “You lucky you are a f–king officer! I’da f–ked you up by now!”

She continued to spit on the officer as he pinned her against a patrol vehicle, the video showed.

“Ha ha ha, b—h,” she taunted, before telling bystanders, “I don’t give a f–k.”

Paramedics ultimately transported both women, ages 16 and 18, to local hospitals for further evaluation, Det. Moroney told Blue Lives Matter.

One officer suffered minor injuries during the brawl, but no arrests or charges were made with regards to either suspect, the detective said.

Police did not name either of the women, but one of the suspects later took to Facebook to brag about the incident.

Facebook user Lex Redd boasted that she “spit everywhere” during the brawl, adding that she “ain’t tolerating that s–t from nobody.”

“Ya see how they was handling us,” she wrote. “They went over board f–k allat so they got what they was lookin for btw we never got arrested.”
