VIDEO: Irate Woman Shoves Gun Into Teen’s Chest After Interjecting Herself Into Argument

Silver Spring, MD – Montgomery County police are searching for two female suspects who were seen threatening a teen with a gun in a cell phone video (video below).

The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) released footage of the first-degree assault offense on Tuesday in an effort to identify the suspects, according to a press release.

The incident occurred in the 900-block of Ellsworth Drive at approximately 2:25 p.m. on Jan. 16, according to the MCPD.

Police said a juvenile male was skateboarding with his friends when he and a passing motorist got into a verbal dispute.

During the argument, the female driver got out of her car and started arguing with the teen in the roadway as a crowd of onlookers gathered around them.

Two women happened to be walking along Ellsworth Drive as the dispute broke out, according to the MCPD.

“One of the female suspects approached the juvenile victim and interjected herself in the dispute,” according to the press release.

The second woman headed over to a red Volvo parked nearby, started it up, and drove up to where the woman who barged into the situation was continuing to argue with the teen.

“She then gave a handgun to the first suspect, who used it to threaten the victim,” the MCPD said.

Cell phone footage recorded by a bystander showed the woman as she got into the boy’s face and pointed a handgun directly at his chest.

The video released by the MCPD had no sound, so it is unknown what the suspect and the teen might have said to one another during the encounter.

The MPD asked that anyone with any information about the assault or the suspects call police.
