VIDEO: Convicted Child Sex Offender Attacks Trump Supporter

Washington, DC – The rioter seen in a viral video punching a Trump supporter in the face and knocking him unconscious is a registered child sex offender (video below).

Police records showed that 39-year-old Kenneth DeBerry was convicted of second-degree sexual abuse against a person under the age of 16 in October of 2008, according to the DC Metropolitan Police Department’s (MPD) sex offender registry.

DeBerry, 28-year-old Dashawna Gause, 24-year-old Alexus Owens, and 29-year-old Bobby Smalls “were involved in a collaborative effort to incite violence” during the “first amendment assemblies” that took place in the nation’s capital on Saturday, according to police.

An estimated 100,000 Trump supporters gathered in the nation’s capital on Nov. 14 to participate in the “Million MAGA March,” BuzzFeed News reported.

Many members of the group disputed the projected outcome of the Presidential election and have alleged that the election was rigged against President Trump.

The rally was held in support of the President as he contests the election results, according to FOX News.

Violence erupted when a small group of Trump supporters tried to enter the Black Lives Matter Plaza near the White House.

They were confronted by hundreds of counter-protesters who proceeded to tear their pro-Trump flags and MAGA hats away from them and set them on fire, FOX News reported.

The mob doused members of the pro-Trump group with water while taunting and insulting them.

Fights broke out between members of both groups in the hours that followed, including a violent clash between a Trump supporter and DeBerry, Gause, Owens, and Smalls.

The brawl occurred in the 1700-block of I Street Northwest at approximately 4 p.m. on Nov. 14, the MPD said in a press release.

Video footage of the attack, which has since gone viral, showed a group of rioters as they harassed and chased after two Trump supporters who were walking down the sidewalk.

Several people shoved one another as a man yelled over a bullhorn to “get the f—k out.”

A moment later, a man in a black jacket with orange lettering walked into the frame and headed directly towards the man with the bullhorn, the video showed.

A man in a black sweatshirt grabbed the man with the bullhorn from behind, at which point the man in the black jacket began shouting at the man with the bullhorn and pushing him towards the intersection.

The Trump supporter pushed the man to the ground, then squared off with the angry mob that soon closed in around him, the video showed.

People shoved and kicked the Trump supporter from all sides, resulting in his nose being bloodied.

He managed to fight off many additional blows in the moments that followed.

As he turned to storm off, DeBerry swooped in behind him and sucker-punched him in the face, the video showed.

The Trump supporter fell face-first in the middle of the street as rioters around him cheered.

A woman ran up and kicked him in the upper body, while another woman quickly knelt down and snatched up an item he’d dropped when he was attacked, the video showed.

As the thief ran off, at least one other rioter kicked the fallen Trump supporter.

A group of people helped the dazed, bloodied man to his feet and were able to get him to safety, the video showed.

Daily Caller reporter Jorge Ventura, who recorded the footage, identified DeBerry as the rioter who sucker-punched the Trump supporter.

DeBerry was allegedly carrying a handgun when he was arrested, according to the MPD.

He has been charged with felon in possession of a firearm, aggravated assault, and disorderly conduct-inciting violence.

Gause, who was carrying a Taser, was charged with disorderly conduct-inciting violence and possession of a prohibited weapon.

Smalls, who was in possession of a knife, was arrested on charges of carrying a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct-inciting violence.

Owens was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct-inciting violence.

Police are still searching for three other suspects in connection with the assault.
