According to Chandler Police Department, the incident happened on Monday at 11 AM. The video shows an unidentified 4-year-old girl dancing in the barber shop. The girl sat down to watch TV next to the front windows.
Next door, there was a dispute involving Michael David Hart, 23, Rafael Santos, 21 and another male in the Damaged Ink Tattoo parlor.
After leaving the tattoo parlor, Hart, Santos, and the unidentified male entered a vehicle. As the vehicle began to drive away, Hart fired at least three rounds from a firearm at Damaged Ink Tattoo.
Unfortunately, wannabe thugs can’t aim, and two of the three bullets went through the windows of the Paisanos Barber Shop.
On the video, you can see glass flying by both sides of the girl as the bullets narrowly miss her. Nobody was injured in the shooting.
On Tuesday, April 11th, Hart was taken into custody at a residence in Mesa. Santos was arrested a short time later at a different location. Both were booked into the Maricopa County Jail on charges to include Aggravated Assault and Endangerment.
