VIDEO: 7 Year Old Shot In Gas Station Gunfight – Random Guy Steals Gun

A 7-year-old girl and two men were hit by gunfire during a shootout at a busy gas station.

Collinwood, OH – A 7-year-old girl and two men were hit by gunfire when five men got into a gunfight at a busy gas station, police said.

The incident, which was captured by several surveillance cameras, occurred on Dec. 19 at approximately 5 p.m. at a Sunoco gas station, WJW reported (video below).

Eddie Johnson, 18, Stefone Black, 27, and Steve Stewart, 30, were charged with aggravated robbery and felonious assault, Cleveland.com reported.

Police said the trio attempted to rob 26-year-old Deangelo Billingsley and his friend, 25-year-old Clarence Moore.

According to investigators, Johnson and Stewart walked to the Sunoco station, while Black parked his vehicle behind the business.

A short while later, Billingsley parked at the gas pumps. Moore was in the passenger seat of his vehicle.

Billingsley briefly entered the store to purchase some items before he returned to his vehicle at the pump.

Stewart then grabbed him and pointed a gun at him while he shoved him against the vehicle.

Black ran to the passenger side of Billingsley’s vehicle with an AK-47 in hand, and yanked the door open.

He was immediately shot in the stomach by Moore, and promptly returned fire, striking Moore once in the face.

Using Billingsley as a human shield, Stewart also opened fire on Moore, who sustained several gunshot wounds to his back and mouth.

Moore then exited the vehicle, picked up the AK-47 that Black dropped on the ground when he was shot, and fired multiple rounds with a handgun as he fled the scene.

He discarded the rifle behind the Sunoco as he ran to another nearby station, where he collapsed. Moore’s handgun was still tucked inside his waistband.

Meanwhile, the altercation at the Sunoco continued.

Stewart threw Billingsley to the ground, and he and Johnson “unloaded dozens of gunshots” as Billingsley crawled for cover, Cleveland.com reported.

Billingsley was not hit by any of the rounds, but a bullet did graze the middle finger of a 7-year-old girl, who was sitting in her father’s vehicle as the shootout ensued.

Johnson fled the scene, while Stewart took Black to receive medical treatment.

Billingsley ultimately returned to the gas station and retrieved his vehicle.

The video also showed another man – who police said was not involved in the shooting – as he drove over to the discarded AK-47 lying on in the lot.

The man exited his vehicle, picked up the rifle, placed it into his SUV, and drove away.

Investigators have not disclosed if they identified the man or if he still possesses the weapon.

Johnson was arrested a short while later, and Stewart and Black were apprehended at the medical facility.

Billingsley was arrested during a traffic stop on Dec. 20, during which investigators found heroin, crack, Ecstasy and cash.

Moore was arrested after he was taken for emergency medical treatment.

Billingsley was charged with drug trafficking and tampering with evidence, and Moore was charged with possession of a firearm despite having a felony conviction.

According to Cleveland City Councilman Mike Polensek, Johnson is believed to be a member of the East 105 gang, Cleveland.com reported.

Black is a registered sex offender, who held a woman at gunpoint and forced her to perform a sex act on him. He was convicted of the offense in 2014.

The other three men also have felony records, police said.
