Police Searching For Former MTV Star Bam Margera, Wanted For Making Terroristic Threats

Pocopson, PA – A search is underway for former MTV star Brandon “Bam” Margera after he allegedly punched his brother in the face and threatened to shoot him in the head.

Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) troopers from the Avondale Station responded to the 400-block of Hickory Hill Road at approximately 11 a.m. on April 23 for a report of a domestic disturbance, the agency said in a press release on Monday.

They arrived at the scene to discover the suspect, 43-year-old Bam Margera, had fled off into the woods after allegedly getting into “a physical confrontation” with another individual at the home, the PSP said.

According to the police report, the victim was Bam Margera’s brother, Jesse Margera, TMZ reported.

Jesse Margera allegedly told investigators his brother began banging on his bedroom door at about 8 a.m. on April 23, then left behind a threatening note.

“If you even f—king think of calling the police on me I will officially f—k you up,” it read, according to TMZ.

Investigators said Jesse Margera told them he went down to the kitchen and found his brother urinating into the sink.

The two men proceeded to get into a physical altercation, during which Bam Margera allegedly punched Jesse Margera repeatedly in his head, TMZ reported.

Jesse Margera said his brother then threatened to kill him and everyone else in the house, according to police.

“I’ll kill you,” he said, according to Jesse Margera. “I’ll put a bullet in your head.”

Jesse Margera said two women and the Margeras’ father, Phil, were inside the house when the threats were made, TMZ reported.

Bam Margera then allegedly took off from the house and ran into the woods.

The PSP confirmed a warrant has been issued for his arrest for four counts of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, harassment while subjecting another to physical contact, and simple assault, TMZ reported.

Bam Margera starred in MTV’s “Jack-ss” and “Viva La Bam,” KUSA reported.

He has struggled with substance abuse and addiction issues for many years, according to Entertainment Weekly.

The former MTV star was arrested twice in March – once for suspicion of domestic violence and once for public intoxication, according to the news outlet.

His former “Jack-ss” costars fired him from their latest movie, “Jack-ss Forever,” which resulted in him suing them in August of 2021, Entertainment Weekly reported.

Bam Margera reached a private settlement with Johnny Knoxville and the rest of the “Jack-ass” team and ultimately dropped the lawsuit in 2022.
