Police Release Details On Suspected Killer, AMBER Alert Kidnap Suspect

Police are searching for two girls who have been missing since police found the body of their deceased mother on Sunday.

Round Rock, TX – Police have released additional information in relation to the abduction of two young girls who were allegedly taken by a man who is a person of interest in a suspicious death.

This is now a nationwide manhunt and they could be anywhere. Please share on social media so we can find these kidnapped girls.

An Amber Alert was issued for 14-year-old Lilianais Victoria Cake Griffith and 7-year-old Luluvioletta Mariposo Bandera-Margaret on Monday, after police found the body of a deceased woman inside a residence.

Investigators identified the deceased woman as Tonya Bates on Tuesday, and said she is the mother of the missing girls, KRIV reported.

The children are believed to have been abducted by Bates’ roommate, 44-year-old Terry Miles, police said.

Investigators said that they originally responded to Bates’ home on Dec. 29, 2017 after they received a call for a welfare check from Bates’ boyfriend and coworker. Officers found nothing suspicious, and left the home.

Officers returned and entered the residence on Sunday, and located Bates’ body. They also realized that her daughters were missing.

Miles has ties to to Louisiana, but investigators said Miles was possibly seen northern New Mexico or southern Colorado, KRIV reported.

Griffith is 5 feet, and weighs 100 pounds. She has brown eyes, braces, and a stud on the right side of her nose.

Bandera-Margaret is 4 feet 5 inches, and weighs 75 pounds. She has brown eyes and curly brown hair, with a slight bit of blond at the top of her head.

He is 6 feet 2 inches, and weighs 200 pounds. He wears glasses and may have a beard.

“Our whole focus is to get these girls home safe,” Round Rock Police Department Chief Allen Banks said, according to NBC News.
