Christopher BergKansas City, KS – Two Wyandotte County deputies were shot near the courthouse on Friday morning.
The incident happened in the 800-block of North 7th street during a transport, according to WDAF.
This incident is still developing and further details surrounding the shooting and the conditions of the deputies have not been released.
The disposition of the gunman has not been reported at this time.
KCK Police Chief Terry Zeigler tweeted only, “Working major incident in the 800 block of North 7th, details unclear at this time.”
