Graham, WA – Two students are reported to have been shot at Graham-Kapowsin High School.
One student was found in a locker room, and another student was found in a parking lot by the football field, KIRO reported.
The Pierce County Sheriff’s Department posted a lookout on Twitter.
They are looking for several black males who fled the scene in a green vehicle that may have been a Chevy Impala.
The sheriff’s office said the victims have been taken to Tacoma General Hospital. Their conditions were not known.
The Bethel School District confirmed in a tweet that the victims are students at the school, the Seattle Times reported.
Initially four other schools were put on lockdown after the shooting, but students at Graham Elementary School have since been released to their buses with staff supervision, according to the district.
Police said the shooting may be gang-related.
Anyone with information about the shooting or the suspects is urged to call 911 and report it. Police said the suspects are armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
