BREAKING: Two More Officers Shot In Maryland

Two Prince George's County police officers were shot Wednesday night.

Prince Geroge’s County, MD – Two Prince George’s County police officers were shot Wednesday night in the District Heights area.

The incident happened in the 2700 block of Lorring Drive at around 10:30 p.m. according to WUSA9.

None of the circumstances surrounding the shooting have been released.

Both officers have been airlifted to Baltimore Shock Trauma. The department said that the officers are believed to be stable.

No information has been released about the gunman.

This shooting comes shortly after two Los Angeles Sheriff’s Deputies were shot in East Los Angeles. Another officer was shot in a mass shooting earlier in the day in Pennsylvania.

This latest shooting makes at least 5 officers shot so far on Wednesday in the U.S.
