BREAKING: Shooter Opens Fire At University Of Utah – One Killed

One person is dead after a shooter opened fire at University of Utah on Monday night.

Salt Lake City, UT – One person has been confirmed dead after a shooter opened fire at the University of Utah on Monday night.

The suspect fled after the shooting and a manhunt is in progress for the shooter.

The suspect has been described as a white adult male, black clothing, beanie with cross, tear-drop tattoo on face.

He is possibly associated with a forest green pickup with Colorado plates.

Salt Lake City PD is assisting University of Utah Police, according to FOX 13.

TRAX reported that the red Line will not proceed beyond Stadium Station due to police activity.
