OfficerBluePanama City, FL – Law enforcement is engaged in a gunfight with an active shooter in Panama City.
The gunfight is happening in the area of 23rd Street and Beck Avenue, according to WKRG.
Ricky Stokes News reported that firefighters were called to a gas leak and a gunman opened fire at them when they arrived. It’s unclear where they are sourcing this information and we were unable to verify its accuracy at this time.
Ricky Stokes News also reported that two officers have been injured, and we were also unable to verify this information at this time.

Witnesses reported hearing prolonged gunfire.
