New York, NY – A New York Police Department officer was shot Tuesday night.
The shooting occurred at around 10:30 p.m. at White Plains Road and Lafayette Avenue in the Bronx, according to WABC.
The identity and condition of the officer have not been released.
One suspect is in custody, according to PIX11.
It’s unknown if any more suspects are still on the loose.
No further information about the shooting has been released at this time.
