New York, NY – Two NYPD officers were shot and one was stabbed Wednesday night.
According to New York Post, the incident happened when a suspect approached an officer at Flatbush Avenue & Church Avenue at around 11:45 p.m.
The suspect stabbed the officer in the neck, and then grabbed another officer’s gun.
The gun went off in the struggle for the weapon, hitting two officers.
A sergeant arrived on scene and shot the suspect.
The wounded officers are expected to survive. The suspect is in critical condition.
