Westerville, OH – Two police officers were shot Saturday afternoon in Westerville, with mixed reports that either one or both of the officers being deceased.
The shooting happened just before 1 p.m. in the 300 block of Crosswind Drive, according to 10tv.
The two officers were shot, and one was been confirmed to be dead. The second officer is widely reported to be in critical condition, but Jessica Ralston with WSYX is reporting that the second officer is also dead.
The suspect was taken into custody.
UPDATE: Fox News is reporting that the call was a 911 hang-up.

UPDATE: Officers Eric Joering and Anthony Morelli have been identified as the murdered officers.
