Vancouver, BC, CANADA – Six people have been hospitalized after a mass stabbing at the Lynn Valley Library on Saturday.
The incident occurred at the library on Lynn Valley Road and 29th Avenue at around 1:45 p.m., according to Global News.
A witness described seeing a woman with a child getting stabbed in the attack, according to CTV.
BC Emergency Health Services said that six people have been hospitalized after the attack.
Law enforcement and additional ambulances remain on scene.
The suspect was taken into custody. No further information was released about the suspect.
The conditions of the victims have not been released.
